1:Team Supervisors
As a Team Supervisor you will need to have some management or supervisory experience with accountability for people, sales and standards. Our team leaders ensure that the shops operate to the same high standards, every day, irrespective of their shift. You will be responsible for setting and achieving set objectives and goals - whilst always making sure that the store remains a great place to work and visit.

We need applicants with proven people leadership and emulative skills, the ability to advance the business through continuous improvement, attention to detail and cash handling. You will need to be excited about great coffee experience, high quality standards while remaining a good host to the customers.

You will also need to have some solid experience within a quality food business and be able to understand the essentials of quick service volume retail catering.

2:Silver Service staff (corporate services)
Candidates applying to fill this role are essentially the face of Prime Coffee at various corporate functions. You will be attending to the catering needs of our blue chip clients at various off-site business events.

To join our Silver Service team, you must have Good Customer Service skills, flair for sound communication, excellent presentation skills, and work well as part of a team. You will normally possess a proven track record within a similar establishment. You will need to be committed and eager to learn. Experience in a similar style operation would be an advantage but not essential.

3:Baristas
The barista is responsible for serving all products with friendly, individualised attention towards each customer across our stores. He/she is also responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and teas. The barista fulfils any other duties the store manager, assistant manager or shift supervisor assigns and represents Prime Coffee in a professional manner.
